- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using Editly's core features, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription or service.
- Unauthorized Charges: If you can demonstrate that a charge was made without your authorization.
- Service Not Delivered: If you paid for a service that was not delivered as described.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period.
- Dissatisfaction with results due to user error or misuse of the platform.
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension or termination.
