I don't do month-long sprint planning. I build, I ship, I listen to users, and I iterate. Speed is the primary currency.
Remote-first, with a strong preference for India, SEA, and East Asia time zones for collaboration. I care about what you commit, not just where you sit.
I use my own product. I am a builder and creator. Every line of code should solve a real pain point for the community.
